Michelle Davenport is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of investigative experience in the insurance industry as an Adjuster, Investigator and Manager. Michelle began her career working as a parole and probation officer for the State of Nevada. She then become an investigator at both State Farm Insurance and USAA where she was responsible for identifying suspicious claims, conducting detailed investigations as well as serving as a resource and assistant to company counsel. She has worked with local law enforcement and special task forces in the areas of medical fraud, organized activity, theft and property claims.
Michelle joined Investigation Solutions in 2012 as a SIU investigator and was promoted to Investigations Manager in 2014. Michelle oversees a team of Property and Casualty investigators in multiple states. She holds her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

A veteran in claims management, George has 30 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, Investigator, Claims Manager and SIU Manager. He has extensive experience in managing claims investigation and litigation throughout the Southeast states. He graduated from Macon State College with a BA in Business Management.
George primarily handles auto claim investigation and vendor management.
